By downloading, installing, or using the Saaal app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Saaal is an iOS application that helps users create marketplace listings using AI. The App allows users to:

• Take photos of items they wish to sell
• Generate AI-powered listing titles and descriptions
• View comparable pricing from public marketplace data
• Export listings to various marketplaces

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your listings
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Review and verify AI-generated content before posting
• Comply with the terms of service of any marketplaces you post to

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate listing content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing suggestions

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Reverb). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saaal and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saaal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
