Request account or marketplace data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Saaal account and any eBay marketplace data that Saaal stores or processes on your behalf.

How to submit a deletion request

To request account closure and/or deletion of your associated data, please contact:

Include the following information so we can locate your account and data:

Your name
Your email address used with Saaal
Your eBay username (if applicable)
Whether you are requesting:
- Account deletion only, or
- Account + associated marketplace data deletion

        We will acknowledge your request and process account/data deletion as promptly as possible, and in any case within the timeframes required by applicable law.
      

What will be deleted

When we process a valid deletion request, we will:

Remove your Saaal account and associated credentials
Delete or anonymize stored Saaal-side records that are linked to your account
Remove or anonymize any eBay marketplace data that Saaal has stored for you, where allowed

Please note that eBay may continue to retain certain data in accordance with eBay's own policies and legal obligations. Deleting data from Saaal does not delete data held directly by eBay.

Marketplace deletion & account-closure notices (for partners)

Saaal provides public endpoints for marketplaces and partners (including eBay) to notify us of account-closure and data-deletion requests relating to Saaal users.

Partners may also send structured deletion requests to: POST /api/delete-request with sufficient information to identify the affected account.
